NIGHTIES-THE NEW NATIONAL DRESS
The preferred national dress for women seems to taking a drastic turn towards nighties. Gone are the days of the saree and the chudidar say many. The sales of nighties have been beating the sales of sarees in many parts of India already.
Many women who are fond of this attire say, that the convenience it provides could never be challenged by the traditional saree or the chudidar pyjama.
Though Nightees are not party wear, or office wear, they sure are preferred attire when one is doing household chores and running about with household errands near the house.
Although the older generation feels that the nightie is an indecent way to dress many of the younger generation say it is question of convenience. Whatever the opinions are today the nightie has become national attire
